The “Shalom Beit” website (hereinafter: “the website”) is owned and managed by “Shalom Beit” (authorized dealer), and is intended to provide consultation services, an online store, and content on relationships and intimacy, tailored to the values of the Haredi community.
Use of the website is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in these regulations, and use of the website constitutes the user’s agreement to these terms.
- Website Services
The website offers consultation services and referrals to expert therapists, a free Q&A service on topics related to relationships, intimacy, and halacha, as well as an online store for designated products and books.

Orders from the store are processed through a secure system, and the user undertakes to provide accurate and complete details when placing an order.
- Discretion

- Shipping Policy
Deliveries are made within 3–5 business days from the moment the order is confirmed. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination. Business days do not include Fridays, Saturdays, holiday eves, and holidays.
Shipments are sent discreetly in sealed packaging, without identifying details related to the contents, in order to preserve customer privacy.
Shipping costs will be added to the order total at checkout and will be presented to the customer before completing the order.
The customer is responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. In case of incorrect address details or unavailability at the time of delivery, additional charges for re-delivery may apply.
Self-pickup is also available by prior arrangement with the website team and at a designated pickup point.
- Returns and Cancellations Policy
Order cancellation policy will be carried out in accordance with consumer protection law. The user may cancel an order within 14 days from the date of receipt, subject to returning the product in new and undamaged condition.
- Intellectual Property
